1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
✔ The item must be unused and in its original condition.
✔ It must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
✔ The return request must be initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery.
✔ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
✖ Custom-made or personalized products.
✖ Downloadable digital goods or software.
✖ Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications.

2. Refund Process

If your return is approved, the refund process will be as follows:

5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and a return must be requested instead.
